It is no secret that I have made good money using contextual ads on my sites

When I first started to make some money online I started to dabble into other ways of making money online. I found that using contextual ads on my sites was a good alternative. My favorite is Google's AdSense program by far. The technology that they have that serves up ads based on your websites content is by far the best thing since sliced bread. I have tried the others and I always go back to AdSense for my contextual ads.

The best thing about AdSense is you can set it and forget it. After Google reads your page and figures out what your website is all about it will start showing relevant ads that will make you money. I can go on and on about AdSense all day. It has made me a lot of money over the years and I am glad to be in their program. Once you are in the program do not click your own ads as that will get you thrown out of the program. Be sure to read the guidelines and make them familiar in your mind.

There are many advertisers that use Google's Adwords program and that is where Google gets the ads to place on your site. When someone clicks on the ad you get a portion of the click and so does Google.

If you have a content based site Google Adsense will work great with the proper placement. They also have a blog and a user group to help you with any questions that you may have.
